The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law “To Ratify the Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support and Other Forms of Family Maintenance”

The Convention is aimed at effective international recovery of child support and other forms of family maintenance by way of establishment of a comprehensive system of cooperation between governmental agencies in states with different legal systems, including future development of national and international level of the system of alimony recovery.

The respective bill was registered under No. 0010.
